Can I try before I commit?
Absolutely. We offer a complimentary one-week trial for all prospective members. Book a tour and your first session through our contact page.
Is there a joining fee?
There is a one-time initiation fee of $199 for Recreational and Competitive tiers, and $299 for Elite. This covers your member profile setup, locker assignment, and welcome kit.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. The prorated difference will be applied to your next billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the following month.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require 30 days written notice for cancellation. There are no cancellation fees. Annual prepaid memberships are eligible for a prorated refund.
Do you offer family or corporate rates?
Yes. Family memberships (2+ members at the same address) receive 15% off each additional member. Corporate packages are available for groups of 5+. Contact us for details.
Are guest passes available?
Competitive members receive 2 guest passes/month, Elite members receive 10. Additional guest passes can be purchased at $25 each. Recreational members can purchase guest passes at $35 each.
